Interesting statistic - according to the Association of National Advertising (ANA), in 2018, the direct mail customer response rate was 9% and the prospect response rate was 4.9%. The customer response rate for email and paid search marketing was 1%. The response rate for social media was 1% and believe it or not, digital marketing came in last at a rate of 0.3%.
